Module: bundle/centroid

Compute bundles’ centroids or resample existing centroids.

Inputs

	Type	Description	Pattern
meta	map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'sample1', single_end:false ]
bundles	file	List of bundles to compute centroids for. If this input is supplied, the module will compute centroids.	*.trk

Outputs

versions	file	File containing software versions	versions.yml
centroids	file	Computed centroids.	*.trk
