Welcome to the Fibernavigator's Github page!

The Fibernavigator is a tool designed for a fast and versatile visualization of fibers datasets. It is currently mainly developed by members of the Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab.

Precompiled releases
Precompiled versions of the Fibernavigator are available from the Releases page.

Ubuntu compilation
To use the Fibernavigator on Ubuntu (and other flavors of Linux), you can follow the Ubuntu build instructions.
